GAME: The never ending story

Thankfully, he had his IBM PC Convertible and a couple 720KB floppy disks. Sticking the disk labeled "DOS 3.3" in A:, he started the system.
 
it was night again. "Ack! Bloody hell!" Erik exclaimed the common Californian expression.
 
Then out of nowhere, Mike Chambers and Mike Brutman appeared. Mike C. was holding one of his XT clones and Mike B. was holding a PCjr.

(let's try and move in a new direction, maybe throw Erik in occasionally but not have the entire story revolve around him)
 
Then Erik woke up in bed. He got dressed and went to the table where his Altair was sitting.
When he looked, there the Altair was, on the table and with the cup of coffee sitting next to it (now cold of course).
Also there was the 8" disk the leprechaun had stolen. Curiously, Erik went to the spot where he kept his IBM 5100. It and the tape he used to copy the 8" disk on was still there, though the tape was blank.
The same was for his IBM PC Convertible, the DOS 3.3 disk and Zork disk.
There was also no SNES or yellow cape next to his Lisa computers.
"Thank goodness, it was all a dream!" Erik thought in his mind.

However, it wasn't a dream. After Mike B. finished shouting about peanuts, Erik vanished. The two Mikes turned and stared at each other, then at the spot where Erik and his IBM PC Convertible. Nothing was there, not even an imprint in the dirt.
Shrugging, the two Mikes set up their computers and

(sorry for the long post, I wanted to kind of wrap things up with Erik.)
