Anybody ever use a motherboard with a HiNT chipset (486dx)?

I found a 2 VLB slot MB wth the HiNT CS8005 chipset and never seen one of these before. The board does not use a ZIF socket so I asume it is an early board.

They're infamous for their crappy "mini EISA" chipsets. I've never seen an ISA/VLB Hint board before, but since it has VLB slots it must be from 1993 or so. VLB wasn't available before 93, right?

Not sure when VLB came out since there were proprietary local bus slots out a while before there was a concrete standard. Yea, I googled a bunch of bad 24bit EISA threads (different chipset from the same company) and a bunch of stuff in Russian but little else. I think this might be an early 486SX/DX VLB board. The chip itself is marked Japan (not sure if that means made in Japan or designed there) so how bad can it be?

Odd I never seen one before since I have used just about every 486 board made at some point in time.
