How do I get the battery corrosion completely neutralized?

Thanks guys. I am not sure how far I will go with this board. It is not an imprtant computer for me. I have already canibalized the cards and drives for other systems. But I may try going a little farther and see what I can learn. There is little risk if I damage it further and I need to learn more about troubleshooting these things.

Sorry to report that I have given up on this board. My skill level is not good enough yet. And I have had some success with some other boards that are working. Maybe I'll keep it around in case I change my mind. But for now it's time to move on to something else.
