IBM 5160 - STB Multifunction Card Identification

I have another card inside my 5160 that I can't find info on, anyone recognise it ?

I can't make out the numbers, but the left side looks like banks of RAM. The big chip is made by Western Digital, so maybe a combo RAM / HDD card?

The 8250 is a UART for a serial port.

There is an RTC on the top right but, the ram works, but wanted to know what the dip switches are for.

I don't see the clock.

The switches are for setting the ram starting address and the I/O ports' interrupts, etc.

Top right hand chip, SAF3109 you can see the little crystal next to it and the battery connector.
