It's amazing how much promotion IBM did, they really thought PS/2 and MCA were going to take off didn't they? Sometimes I wonder if they had just put together a 386 with ISA bus if they'd have held strong in the PC market longer.

Eventually, they did with the PS/1 series. By the time they were out, I guess it was too little and too late
