Hello All,
I just purchased a multi-function 8-Bit ISA Multi-function card.
It has Parallel/Serial/Clock.
I am in need of the documentation for the DIP switch configurations.
I've scoured all of the normal sites...
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Scott

Good question...I'll publish it when I get the card in my hands...I literally purchased it on eBay today...I'm trying to preempt it's arrival and was hoping someone may have one.
Thanks,
Scott

What is the text between 'IDE ASSOCIATES' and 'REV.B' ?
ide associates 100-028-020 REV B
I could not find anything about '100-028-020'.

I did find the eBay item, which reveals that the card's FCC ID is E3W5NHYPR. The '5NHYPR' portion is a reference number supplied by the OEM, which sometimes reflects/includes the part number. Note the 'YPR'. The eBay item describes the card as 'IDEAmini'. The following advert ties 'IDEAmini' and 'YPR'. And so there is very high confidence that the card is indeed an IDEAmini.

In case you are unaware:

We can speculate that the switches might have functionalities like those shown at [here].

For the serial and parallel ports, experimentation (switches + software) should reveal which switch does what. Done on a computer that has no existing serial and parallel ports.

The real-time clock (RTC) requires implementation-specific software. The RTC chip on your card is the MM58167, but we don't know what base I/O address that the card's circuitry has placed the MM58167 at. Of the RTC software at [here], it is a good bet that one of the versions of 'PC TIMER' will work for the card. Otherwise, try 'David_Ms clock reader' followed by the 'Strickland RTC Clock Programs'.

Modem7,
That's some very solid poking about you have done...I truly appreciate your help.
You make Sherlock Holmes look like an inbred mouth breathing circus clown.
I'm going to follow your suggestions for the DIP switch testing and particularly for the RTC (the main reason I purchased the board).
If I'm ever in Melbourne, I'll wash your car and vacuum your house.
Thanks,
Scott
