In Search of Tandy 600 Schematics

Does anyone have a copy/source/link for a service manual or schematics for the Tandy 600? My Google skills seem to be failing me with this one. I have just replaced the battery packs and got everything running great, even the 360k drive, but would like to take a look at the RAM expansion modules in particular (this one has none - just the stock 96k).

Thank you Frank! How'd I miss that one? Must be the statins...

I'm digging into the FAQ now, hopefully I can round up some schematics. I would like to see what the RAM modules were made of...seems the 600 is a little more obscure than I first thought, so I feel certain 'spares' are unavailable.

No problem Rich. Glad to help. The 600 was a real oddball. 8088 based but is not a DOS machine. But they could claim it was a 16 bit computer!
