Info on Advantech PCA-61445 SBC

I got it pretty cheap off eBay. I'm wondering what's the graphics chip on this, and how to power it. There's a white connector in the top left that's a candidate, or maybe unfortunate solution of powering it via ISA bus. Can't get any info via google.
 
Yeah tested it today, I have a 2 slot 8 bit ISA riser, works with TVGA9000. Seems like a good SBC.
The problem is even a 3 slot backplane is more expensive than it.

The 6144S in its natural habitat, with a C&T PC104 VGA mounted and RTL8019A Ethernet dismounted, in a 2RU case, made for a Motorola/Synchronous RS-485 to SNMP Ethernet gateway.

The beauty of the 6144S is that coin cell battery: no soldered in DS1287 chips here!
