Is there a complete list of Qbus cards that contain a boot ROM/PROM?

I can certainly suss it out from the Qbus Field Guide and DEC documentation, but I was hoping that someone had already put together a list of the cards that have the capacity to mount boot ROMs.

Well, there are CPU cards with boot roms and non-CPU cards.
PROM Boards: MRV11-D and C
Multifunction Boards: MXV11-A and C, BDV11, MXV11-B
CPU: 11/23+, 11/73? quad width
Some of these are 18 bit only and some are 22 bit.

Yes, 11/53 one of my personal favorites. I don't know why you would want to change the ROM's on an 11/53 or 11/23+ or 11/83, what don't they do that you want to add? On the other hand, when dealing with dual width CPU boards, 11/2, 11/23 and 11/73, you really need some kind of boot strap board.

Many 3rd party disk controllers have pretty extensive boot EPROMs as well (often supporting more than just the board they're on)

There are multiple boot rom versions for the 11/23+ (KDF-11B) - early ones just prompt "START?" later versions and bug fixes are more interactive.

The most friendly and universal bootstrap I have found is the Camintonn version of an MXV11-B bootstrap - boots anything, works on 11/23 and 11/73 and does the memory map faster than the DEC ROMS - but also prompts ">>>" at reset, unlike the MXV11-B ROMS, which are silent unless you hammer <Ctrl-C> or wait ages for autoboot to fail...

I use the roms in the JMDHUSE bootstrap board in two systems and they are great...

Unfortunately, this is not possible now - I don't make boards myself (and I don't even have the files for this), and I lost contact with my friend - he's from Ukraine.
Some of the capabilities of the first board.

Installation of RT-11 Version 5.7 is complete and you are now running
    RT-11 from your system volume.

Your system volume is your working volume if you have used the Automatic
Installation (AI) procedure. If you have installed RT-11 using that
procedure, Mentec recommends you verify the correct operation of your
system's software using the VERIFY verification procedure. You can only
perform VERIFY on the valid target (output) media you used for the AI
procedure. Run VERIFY before you run CONFIG. To run VERIFY, enter the
    command:
                                   IND VERIFY

You should read the file V5NOTE.TXT, which you can TYPE or PRINT. Also,
read the Introduction to RT-11, and the Installation Guide which
contain much of the information you need to use RT-11 Version 5.7.

Will these ROM's work in an 11/23+ or an 11/53? Do you know what it uses for a PAR and where the 2nd window is mapped to?

They are for an MXV11-B or emulation - the 11/23+ is a BDV emulation and the 11/53 already has a decent bootstrap with similar features.

They are useful for dual width CPU cards, mostly - with a MXV11-B or emulation bootstrap board
