If anyone noticed my absence for the last few weeks, I was in the hospital but I'm back in the home office now and more-or-less back in business. I can start catching up and seeing all the interesting stuff I've missed.

It's nice to be able to type on something besides a smartphone!

Sorry for the unfortunate news as well. Welcome back and hope things are better. I'm positive while you were offline one or two of your most desired systems were probably posted and sold for unimaginably cheap prices. j/k ;-)

Actually Dave Dunfield is selling off most of his collection btw.

Thanks for pointing that out, barythrin... I had emailed him a while back to ask if he was interested in selling a few modems that I've been looking to add to my collection, and didn't get a reply. I just sent him another, to let him know I'm still interested. Hopefully he and I can break the ice on a few modems, and then move on to some larger ticket items I'm interested in as well!
