Kaypro 4.... Has anyone managed to get Ethernet & TCP working on one?

I've got a gently used Kaypro 4 computer that I have planned to do some hacks, retrofits, etc. (KayPlus ROM, FreHD, etc.). But if I could have my wish, it would be to run IRC on this machine all day long. I could do a serial terminal to a Linux computer for that, I guess. But it would be super cool if there was any form of an Ethernet/TCP mod that may have been done to these machines before that I could try.

So I ask... Has anyone ever attempted something like this, or know of someone who's done it?

There is a homebrew ethernet add on that can be grafted into any Z-80 based CP/M machine. It piggy backs onto the socket of the Z80 itself. http://www.kc85.susowa.homeftp.net/

Software includes an FTP client and I think there was an IRC client too.
