Kaypro II Video Issues

Hey, I am new to the Kaypro II, not to the sickness of vintage computers :)

I was hoping someone had seen this before and had an idea of where to look.

Welcome to the forum @X7b7 !

Two thoughts: check the video circuitry for bulging or leaking capacitors, and that output looks like a deflection problem, to me.

Looks like a Horizontal hold issue to me? As well as the brightness being too high. Have you tried making adjustments to the crt board pots (inside)?

Before you start adjusting anything how about checking the clock signals
as per the Manual.
