Hello people, I got a Everex Tempo LX laptop from a friend. There are a couple of problems with the laptop;
- FDD doesn't read diskettes. (I guess dirty heads will clean them and try again!)
- The HDD Cable is broken. the HDD spins up but the BIOS doesn't recognize the HDD it's a Conner CT2064 2.5" HDD with an Laptop IDE interface, the motherboard has a interface I haven't seen before. So I don't know how and where to get a replacement for this cable, i'll add some pics in the hope some of you guys recognize the interface.
Motherboard's connectors;
The cable itself (The other side of the cable is IDE and goes in to the HDD);
The Black and White Screen+Backlight are working
! And when I tested it the BIOS even rememberd that it was 5-9-2016 today! So the clockmodule in it seems to work! The CPU Is a 386SX 20MHZ and it has 3 MB of ram in it! I got the original manual with it!
