Laser 128 Startup Issue

Hi There i am having a issue with my Laser 128. whenever i try to turn it on i get this on the screen. no sound or action from the disk drive

usually a checkerboard pattern means the processor is not even running, try reseating / replacing the 65(c)02.
of course a bad ram chip can cause about any symptom as well ...

ok, where would i find a replacement or equivalent G65SC02P-4 cpu?
