I have a design for one, as always they problem is the hours needed to push these things over the edge into products!
ISA protoboards are still widely and cheaply available:

That seller has many different sizes of 8 and 16 bit boards, prices too good to justify producing a new one. Douglas Electronics still carries them too, and their prices are very reasonable.
Laying one out should be an hour or two in KiCad, but there is no need to make the investment in a board run with the current supply.
