Looking for a copy of utility disk for tandy PDD 2

Hello, came across this forum looking for a copy of the utility disk containing the program Floppy for the tandy portable disk drive 2. does anyone know were I could find a copy?

PS. already check with model100 club. Rick said he didn't have a copy anymore.
