I hate to say it, but you may have to peruse ebays European sites to find one. Those are the only places I have ever seen one for sale, and of course, they use different voltage and video than North America, so you'd have a hell of a time using it even if you could find one.

I've seen at least one on Ebay Canada. None of those other issues concern me.
