Looking for help with Board debugging/rework debugging South Bay Area

I have an Altair 8800 with a bad Display Control Board. I don’t have much in the way of equipment for debugging it (just a multi-meter). I need help figuring out where the problem is. I am looking for someone in the south bay area (I live in Sunnyvale) to help. I can pay, or trade with Vintage computer boards.
