Mid Atlantic Looking for soldering as a service

Hi,

From time to time I have the need for some soldering (and unsoldering) that I don't feel comfortable doing. Would like to be able to either bring stuff or send it. I have a backlog right now or all/mostly TRS-80 items right now.

Most of that looks to be really simple through hole soldering. You'd save a ton of money just learning how to do it yourself, and not risk damaging stuff in shipping.

For easy desoldering, I'd recommend just getting a desoldering station so you don't have to mess with desoldering braid or crappy solder suckers.

Thanks, and normally I'd agree , but my retina in the left eye tore and detached, and the right one had the vitriuous separate. My ability to see fine detail as well as up close depth perception is gone.

Can you kit up all the parts needed?

Hi Tuc. I'm in the South Jersey area if that works for you. As long as it's not surface mount stuff I can give you a hand with soldering or desoldering.
