M7859 programmers console ROM contents E34

Hi,

I have a M7859 programmers console controller in my 11/34 but it is broken. It seems E34 (MMI 6331) has a broken output or has some data loss... E34 is important for the selection of the high and low 8008 program ROM. But it seems the board is only using the high ROM. It does not respond on any key press and does not display data in the 7 segment displays, and it turns on the RUN, SR DISP, BUS ERR, MAINT LEDs.

I found the complete 8008 listing in the manual. But I can't find the 32 bytes for the MMI 6331. Can anyone help me to get this data?

How can I help you. Send you an M7859? Or how to read out E34?
I only have a TL886 II Plus, do not find the IC type in the supportet list.

Hi Volker,

I've seen this topic a bit too late... I've dumped all my M7859 ROMs but I don't have a nice program to merge them and check if these are ok. If anyone could help with that then we have also a few files for bitsavers for future use... I can borrow a M7859 in the Netherlands, so then I have a bit of a reference... (at least if that one works...)
