Missing VAXstation 3100 Monitor Cable

I've recently got myself a working VAXStation 3100/30 with 8-plane graphics module. The machine arrived without a monitor cable. I found the video output pinout (attached).



It seems an easy task to construct the video cable using a female DB15 and 3 BNC connectors. Is there anything I should take into consideration while wiring the cable?

There are actually separate grounds for each colour:-

Thank you for the link. The page gives the pins connection for DB15 -> VGA. I'll make a VGA cable first using the given digram. The cable may also need one LM1881 chip to direct sync signals from green pin to VGA pins 13 and 14.
