By the way, what is the part-number of the font-ROM on the MDA card (given it's from IBM)?

Hello Per!

The part number can be "5788005 8426NBS TMM2366-I657" (U52) or "NEC 8421HF332 D4016C -1" (U53).

U52 is an TMM2366P: 8K WORD x 8 BIT chip, and U52 may be an RAM 32Kx8 chip.
