Hi,
I'm looking for some application notes on the Motorola 6809, specifically the ones involving multiprocessor applications. I'd like to see if a multiprocessor system is viable.
I have seen http://www.bradrodriguez.com/papers/ which has an article about using the 6809 in a multiprocessor configuration, but I believe the application notes would be better at explaining the specifics of the 6809, that is how to do it the way Motorola intended. Apparently the 6809 is used as a master and several 6809E's can be used as slaves, with the clock being derived from the master.
The datasheets hint at pins being used for multiprocessor arrangements but the don't provide anything more than that.
Thanks!
