NEC V50HL Hardware Manual?

I picked up a couple of V50HL CPUs with the intention of designing a SBC around one. The datasheet and software manuals seem to be easy to find, but I think I will need details from the hardware manual as well. The datasheet mentions "V40HL, V50HL User’s Manual – Hardware (U11610E)", but I cannot find this document anywhere. Anybody have a lead on this one?

Thanks, I think that will actually do the job. I mainly was looking for information on the configuration registers, which does seem to be in there!
