Need some help in the search for a part number...

So, the fan in my PS/2 model 95's power supply died yesterday and since then I've managed to pull the fan out in an attempt to find a replacement. Unfortunately, my particular fan is completely unmarked, there's no IBM or manufacturer P/N or even a label on it. Does someone happen to know either the IBM P/N or ideally the manufacturer P/N for this fan?

I suppose I could, it's a typical 120x120x38mm fan, I'd just highly prefer to keep this system as close to original as possible.
