Need Video card switch settings.

I 'm trying to find the switch settings for a specific video card. It is an 8-bit card with KS-750V/3100V printed just above the ISA connector. It has a Cirrus Logic CL-GD610 chipset and has connectors for an internal LCD along with external 9-pin and 15-pin video connectors. It is from a generic 286 luggable computer. I know the computer works (tested with another video card) but I can't get the video to come up on the internal LCD or an external monitor with this card installed. I've searched the web but the only info I've found is a site with the picture I have included and an old ebay listing. Anyone have any information on this card before it goes in the bin?

The DIP switches are following:

1,2 - monitor spec:
ON, ON - Monochrome
OFF, ON - CGA
ON, OFF - 80x25 text + CGA graphics only
OFF, OFF - VGA.

3,4,5 - LCD panel specification:
ON,ON,ON - Sharp LCD 241/241 lines
OFF,ON,ON - 241/248 lines
ON,OFF,ON - 240/241 lines.

6,7,8 - Graphics emulation mode
OFF,OFF,ON - EGA
OFF,ON,ON - CGA
ON,OFF,ON - Hercules
ON,ON,OFF - VGA
ON,ON,ON - undocumented, behaves like VGA.
