Needed: PDT-11/150 Schematics

Me too. I have one, love it, but my other one is really screwed up.

On a side note, does yours work? I have two.
The first is a pdt11/150. It works. 2 floppies, RT11, Space Invaders, pretty quick. The I/O space is 2k so it can run 60kb/30kw of memory which makes RT11 happy.
The second is a Mini-Minc. Which is kind of a cute thing but it does NOT work. I think the problem is on the CPU board, but I am sensitive about swapping parts into the working one as that's the quickest way to make two non-working units.

A big problem is oxidation on the pins and pads that compromise the memory-CPU board and IO-CPU boards. Another issue is failed components on the floppy board.

@czunit No my unit does not work. The front-end 8085 works and sets up the UART and disk controller. But as soon as the 8085 hands control over to the main processor it stops working.
The first thing the main processor does is a memory test but I would have to double-check. Most likely a low address in memory is bad but I would have to pull all the chips and test them to know.

I have given my pins and pads a good cleaning, I don't think they are an issue in my case. The architecture of the PDT is just a little too complex to be able to work on it without schematics. The other likely possible failures are things like bus drivers etc, the front-end processor makes the bus architecture complex.
