New Mystery Card

Does anyone have any idea what this card is for? Not much identification on the card save for "ALF 10-4-1A" on what I believe is the bottom of the card, and "QUARK" on the opposite side. Came to me with the cable affixed as indicated in the photo.

QuarkXpress copy protection dongle interface.

It's for communicating with aliens. ALF, then 10-4. Needs a special quantum CB radio.

Look about half way down the page. You will see the dongle installed and explained. We had Quark for our marketing dept. Hated installing it.

After many hours of surfing, I finally stumbled upon the ALF Wiki page. Here's what I was able to glean from that:

"One item ALF manufactured for Quark was a keyboard enhancement circuit that allowed Word Juggler to be used with the Apple II."

So my guess is that this is exactly what this card is.
