I thought I'd put these here in case anyone from the area wants to nab these heavy items, I sure as hell do not want to deal with shipping of these if I can, but these computers have to go due to an impending move.
I'm located in South Brooklyn, very close to a train station for those daring to do this the NYC way :D

All machines are tested and working as described. They have been used by me up until this point so it's not like I just tested them for power, unless otherwise noted, they all work perfectly.

Payment via Paypal, Venmo or cash in person. Nothing else. Please, no checks, ever.

Do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions. It can take me a little while to answer here, so please be patient.
Prices are rounded off based on eBay sold item averages, please let me know if you have an offer.

Apple Power Macintosh G5 2.0 DP (PCI-X 2) ~~$120~~

- Dual Processor 2.0Ghz G5
- 3.5GB RAM
- 500GB hard drive with a fresh copy of OS X 10.5.9 Sorbet Leopard installed in it
- GeForce FX 5200 64MB graphic card (I believe that's the default that came with it).
- Airport Extreme Wifi card (and the often-misplaced WiFi little antenna that plugs on the back!)
- DVD Superdrive reader and writer
The case has a few scuff marks here and there but it's generally in great shape.
This used to be my music studio rig up until 4 years ago and it's still great for that kind of task! I just upgraded a couple of times due to software requirements on my main DAW.

Apple Mac Pro "Eight Core" 3.0 (2,1) (2007) ~~$130~~

- Dual 3GHz Quad Core Xeon X5365 (Clovertown)
- 12GB of RAM
- NO hard drive on this one as I ran out of spare hard drives to put in it (can you believe it? I used to have piles of them)
- GeForce 7300 GT graphics card
- Airport Extreme WiFi card
- Double layer 16X "SuperDrive"
The case on this one is almost scuff-free, but I am missing two of the internal hard drive caddies.
This was the one that replaced my G5 in the studio up to this year. I really like that it's almost silent and boots SUPER fast into Snow Leopard. This machine can go up to Lion but I wanted a solid, old OS to attain these operation speeds so I stayed in 10.6.8. SSD recommended for this install.

Apple iMac "Core 2 Duo" 3.06 21.5" (Late 2009) ~~$120~~

- 3.06 GHz Intel "Core 2 Duo" processor (E7600)
- 16GB of RAM
- 500GB hard drive with a fresh install of macOS 10.13 High Sierra
- NVIDIA GeForce 9400M graphics card, 256 MB of shared memory
- Slot-loading DVD±R DL "SuperDrive" and SD card reader
- This one has Firewire ports which was very useful for me and my iPods
This machine is very nice and trusty, the case looks absolutely great and the only problem is that there's a little bit of color fading on the bottom of the screen, the display looks a bit warmer there. As far as I know this is a common problem with these Apple displays on iMacs

Apple iMac Core 2 Duo 2.4Ghz 20" (Early 2008) ~~$50~~

- 2.4 GHz Intel "Core 2 Duo" processor (E8135)
- 1GB of RAM
- 250GB hard drive with a fresh install of Mac OS X 10.6.8 Snow Leopard
- ATI Radeon HD 2400 XT graphics with 128 MB of GDDR3 memory
- Slot-loading DVD±R DL "SuperDrive"
- Firewire 400 and 800 ports present.
A really nice iMac that I used before the above mentioned one for my iPod management and other everyday tasks. Quite speedy on Leopard, it can go up to El Capitan but I wouldn't recommend that unless you swap the internal spinner for an SSD. Then it runs great.

Dell XPS 8500 (2012) ~~$80~~

- 3.40Ghz 4-core Intel Core i7-3770 (Ivy Bridge)
- 16GB of RAM
- NO hard drive on this one, same problem as before, don't have any more to spare.
- No discrete GPU, just motherboard display (Intel HD Graphics 2500/4000, VGA and HDMI)
- No discrete audio card (internal only, ALC3800-CG controller)
- DVD reader and multicard media reader
Excellent cosmetic condition, only missing thing are the expansion slot covers on the back.
Functionally, this machine's only trouble seems to be that the top case audio ports are not working, they just buzz. The ones on the back seem to work fine (I could not test a 5.1 setup as I don't have any such speaker setup). I disconnected that top header so it can be connected to a discrete sound card (I used to have an Audigy FX on this machine to which I connected that header and it worked great).
This is a really good rig that I used for video encoding, streaming and video editing. Even though it's over 10 years old it performed quite good for those tasks, at least up to my necessities! it can even play some games rather nicely if you put a decent graphics card in it.

I dont think those even qualify as "retro" but nevertheless good luck on your sale. I am sure someone will want them.

Two of these are nearing 20 years old, that's definitely retro to me! And to a lot of people, younger than us  Imagine you are 10 years old playing with your dad's iMac in 2009. You are 26 now, that's retro!

Anyway that is why they are posted in the "whatever" marketplace.

Yeah but i dont consider 20years ago retro. Maybe someone whos been on the earth for a hiccup does.

Yeah Im ok with people selling any pcs they want on here.
