Just picked up one of these Orchid ram expansions for my PS/2 model 60 but I'm having a little trouble finding the setup disk or a manual for it. It's got a couple sets of unlabelled jumpers on it and the system doesn't immediately recognize it so I know I'm going to need a disk to set it up

I saw that but it seems to be completely different to mine. Mine has what looks like SIPP ram soldered to it on the one end.

Thanks for the link, it doesn't look like they have the driver for my model though and both of the drivers on there say they're for specific cards and not any others.

On the other hand, MCA adapters are supposed to be jumperless install, so maybe you're just missing its ADF?
Go here:
http://www.mcamafia.de/mcapage0/qbmca.htm
and create Peter's QBMCA boot diskette, then boot the system with the adapter installed. Identify its CardId after the slow BASIC-based identification process.
Then look here for your ADF to download:
http://www.mcamafia.de/mcapage0/mcaindex.htm
N.B. Set Configuration requires DOS all-uppercase filenames to operate correctly, ensure you correct this when doing a file "Save As..".

I'll check that out. Laying low in northern Vermont at the moment away from my computers but I'll get back to it hopefully soon

I couldn't find the ADF for my Orchid card, but I did see the one for my 286 2-8mb memory expansion option. It's not downloading the file though, just redirecting me to a page that's presumably the text that's in the file.

Edit: I'm an idiot and overthinking it again. Figured it out.

Well, I just bought one off eBay, and it has the original disk and manuals. I am more than happy to scan them in and post them 'somewhere'. I just need to know the best place.

If you DM them to me, I will put them at [here], acknowledging you as the source. Someone them may copy them to a place like archive.org

( If required, I will de-skew and OCR the manuals. )
