Hi All,
I'm planning on doing a few projects in OS/8 BASIC, and am looking for the most feature-complete version I can find.
While looking at David Gesswein's site (http://www.pdp8online.com/images/images/os8.shtml), I found that there's a few available - namely:
I've found manuals for the "normal" OS/8 BASIC, and what I believe to be Commercial BASIC for OS/78. (below is taken from the SPD for OS/78 3.0)
The manual I've found for OS/78 V1 doesn't refer to the Cursor control and Random-access I/O. (http://www.pdp8online.com/miscdocs/OS78_Users_Manual.pdf)
There's an update that should go into this (AD-5748-B-T1), but the only copy I can find is missing several important pages. (http://www.pdp8online.com/pdp8cgi/query_docs/tifftopdf.pl/pdp8docs/ad-5748b-t1.pdf)
Does anyone have any info on this, or a newer/more complete copy of the OS/78 User's Manual?
I believe it's version 3.0 I need.
