I just updated http://www.baltissen.org/newhtm/memv20.htm. Checking the schematic of the VIC-20 itself it is obvious that it should have been VR/W. Slip of the pen? My only excuse: I never built a card, I always built the expansion INSIDE the VIC-20.

But I'm grateful that norm8322 noticed the error and I mentioned that on my site.

Thanks for updating it! I will refer people to it when needed. I used it as a basis to make a couple designs for external cartridges for my use and it was very helpful.
