Restoring My XT Turbo

I was shocked I still had this I just thru it in the basement and forgot it for
10 years or so the case was rotted from a few floods we had but I was
surprised the mother board does not look in bad shape..

The MB is a DTK-PIM-TB0-Z Rev 9 10 MHZ Turbo Board
And I was surprised that it only about 1 min to find the manual online..

So as I do more i'll post..

I believe that is the same board as my DTK DATA-1000. If you need any help, let me know. I don't use mine much, but it is a nice machine.
 
Is the board in the pic still wet? Or is that some type of epoxy/conformal-coat that appears at the left side of most of the IC's?

Yep it was still wet I will not do much more for at least a week..

I do a scrub down with a tooth brush then rinse and then I use
alcohol for the final rinse
