ROM dumps of the KIM-5 , the Resident Assembler/Editor

I am looking for the ROM dumps of the KIM-5 , the Resident Assembler/Editor for the KIM-1

I have the manual:

But the ROMs (3x 6540) are not preserved? Any one has a KIM-5 and could dump?

After a long search I finally have preserved the KIM-5 Resident Assembler/Editor.
A KIM program from 1977, placed in 3 2K ROMs on a KIM-5 ROM board, that itself had to be placed in a KIM-4 Motherboard.KIMASS1.jpg
It is a simple line editor and a standard MOS Technology Assembler.
Source code comes from memory or tape/papertape and is assembled into memory.
It works in my KIM-1 Simulator (updated to version 1.5.1 to make room for the Assembler/Editor at E000-F7FF). The source has been recreated.

The KIM-5 Resident Assembler/Editor is one of the MOS Technology Systems Products.
