If I look in version 3.2 of the BIOS, I see what I presume is what the OP is seeing:

No change. The card on stason is slightly different than mine. I think I've worked out the jumpersLooking back through the posts, you have an XT-FDC in the computer.
And you are now adding a SCSI controller that includes FDC functionality.
That suggests an FDC conflict.
Any change if you remove the XT-FDC ?
