One of the SGI Indy systems recovered from the Acclaim bankruptcy haul is currently for auction on eBay. Used by Probe Software in the UK, it holds about 300MB of motion capture data for Acclaim Sports Soccer, an unreleased title under development in the late '90s. Also includes a fully-licensed, working install of Nichimen N-World, a 3D graphics package for game developers that evolved from the LISP-based animation software "S-Graphics" from Symbolics, and a licensed install of BioMotionEditor, a mocap editing package.
Auction ends Sunday. I'm also selling CD-R discs from Acclaim with the source code to NBA Jam Extreme and hundreds of sprites from the "Batman Forever" game. Will be posting more computers and discs from Acclaim in the coming weeks.
