Should Isolation Transformer Outlets be Grounded?

Two pronged NEMA sockets are generally crap - the insert/extract force is ridiculously low, so double insulated (no earth pin required) DC power adaptors/wallwarts can easily fall out of the socket (for UK visitors this is compounded by the crap quality of travel adaptors which tend to have thin adjustable/rotatable pressed metal pins so the same adaptor can be used in Australia - buy an adaptor with solid brass pins that don't wiggle around ffs).

This usually results in devices hanging out of the socket - not exactly a good idea given that NEMA plugs do not have any insulated shroud on the live/neutral pins (introduced 40 years ago), so you end up with 110V sat on two partially exposed pins...
