I got this in a rescue, so for the price of shipping ...
DAT Satellite 10000 by Shuttle Technology
External parallel port/SCSI DDS-2 DAT drive
This is a portable DAT drive that comes in a custom canvas bag. It has side panels that opens and velcros close to allow the drive to be operated while in the bag. It has compartments for the DAT drive, the cables (power and DB-25-to-Centronics connector) and stands to hold the drive upright when it is not operated inside the bag. The top of the compartment for the DAT drive has a zipper and a hole in the top to access the handle on the top of the drive. The top of the other compartments velcro close. The bag has a shoulder strap and a spare strap.
The dimensions of the bag is 11" wide, 7" deep, 7" tall.
The drive powers up and goes through some kind of initialization, but I have nothing to connect it to to verify that it works.
