That seller either hit the motherload with a perfect timing of supply vs demand where several people were looking for MIB 102 or there's a little fishy behavior.

Looks like two or three people total fighting over it. Looks like either two people really wanted it bad, or one person really wanted it bad and one person was manipulating the price.

I haven't looked at the bidding, so don't rule out the possibility of fishiness, as others have mentioned.
