Years can also be used in the same way for the brochures of which I know a certain date etc.

Have you considered uploading them to some other archive site, for posterity or as a backup?

Not really, and I am also not intending to place them on an other site.
I cant stop anyone else from doing it but I would prefer people just linking to a page.
Mind you, proper backups are naturally made daily

Just to let everyone know that I know have added a functionality where you can subscribe to a specific category (=brand) so if you are really into IBM for example you can now simply subscribe to IBM and you will receive an email when I scan a new brochure and put it online. Just simply scroll down on any page where you can find the subscribe options. Enjoy!
