Tandy 1000RL power supply restoration

Hi everyone, a while ago I acquired a 1000RL for cheap. Overall it is in good condition aside from some cleaning that is needed. However the PSU is very dead; when applying power I got a strong burning smell. I'm assuming the usual suspects such as RIFA caps and things like that need will replacement, and I have the equipment to do a full re-cap but does anyone have a list of all the caps and any other components that I need to order so that I can perform the restoration?

Bumping for ideas, I would really like to get this machine up and running!
I found an old thread here where someone suggested a replacement for the PSU but the parts they linked to have apparently been discontinued:

I would prefer to just get the stock PSU recapped and running again, but I've scoured the internet and haven't been able to find a list of the components in it. Does anyone have an old Tandy service manual or something where I can find a listing of the capacitors and diodes in the PSU?
