There used to be a 896kB RAM mod done by Envision Designs when the T2K came out and I would like mine to have that. I have that 640kB Envision Designs modified RAM board and according to the ad, I need RAMDISK Software to be able to use it. I already have 256kB on the MB and when I insert the ED board and turn on the computer, there are squares displayed on the screen instead of the installed RAM. Does anyone have that software or know where to get it?

RAM chips from that era are known to go bad due to the limited quality of the manufacturing technology at that time. You might need to test the chips in order to ensure they are all good (and you might as well socket them at the same time).

I have other expansion boards and the same thing happens. As soon as I go above 768kB, I only see squares when I turn it on.
