I was thinking of creating one. But I don't want to re-invent the wheel if there is already one.

Can people get back to me with existing archives so I can either a) start my own one or b) add my own collection of manuals and software to an existing archive site.

Thanks in advance,

Ian.

Hi Ian, Not sure what you need but I have the following in PDF format:
Model 2000 BASIC Manual
Model 2000 Color chip kit install manual
Model 2000 Hard disk supplement
Model 2000 MD-DOS Manual
Model 2000 Programmers reference
Model 2000 Technical Reference

If you need anything let me know.

After a couple of false starts I've finally got the first one scanned. 26-5252 Ms-Assembler for the Tandy 2000.

http://ianmav.customer.netspace.net.au/Tandy2000/Manuals/Assembler26-5252.pdf

With the Tandy 2000 gone are the days of sub 100 page manuals for just about everything, most Tandy 2000 manuals, like this sucker, comes in at 370 pages. And this a "medium" sized manual.

Will follow up with the software when I get a chance.

Ian.

Since Frank already listed the stuff I sent him, this is all I have to contribute;

If you need at of them for your archive, just let me know where to send them...

On my website's page for the Model 2000 I have a number of PDF's and ZIP files pertaining to it, including:

- FAQ for the model 2000
- November 1983 pricing guide memo to the stores in Northern VA
- an original purchase receipt for a Model 2000 to Mysosis
- DOS 2.11.03 update bulletin sent out to owners
- a PDF of all of the service bulletins for the 2000
- a single scanned 'Whimper' newsletter from the user's group
- a utility to read the 2000's 720k disks on a PC 1.2MB floppy drive
- Model 2000 specific fossil driver
- GT PowerComm communications program that runs on the 2000 with the above fossil, with host mode.

They can be found at: http://cchaven.com/T2000.HTML

I don't know if I have other documentation not already mentioned. I'll have to see if I have the manuals for the serial expansion board and the disk cartridge interface board.

Thanks Jeff, I'll put a link to your site once I get to the point where I put up a homepage. I liked he old invoice to Misosys, man these computers were expensive. I see the sale date would have been one of the first to hit the marketplace as 80micro Jan 84 debuted the machine, Tandy would have announced it approx. 2 months earlier.

Today's addition: SuperCalc3 manual http://ianmav.customer.netspace.net.au/Tandy2000/Manuals/SuperCalcThree26-5302.pdf
