TEAC FC-1 SCSI Floppy Controller with Multiple Floppies?

I was looking through the DOCs and I was able to find That the Scsi board has its own floppy disk controller built on (The TC8569F) This is just one more mystery to add to the pile. So the board takes power off the TERMPWR (terminator power Pin 26) I don't know the current but I seem to have another problem with this board. AFAIK it seems there is at least 1 bad diode that supplies power to the ICs. I think I got bamboozled when I purchased this but I'm going to attempt the repair and see what happens.

i just recently got one of these out of a piece of medical equipment.
