This will hopefully help us streamline the things that get listed for sales here and help local people better advertise their items, especially for local only sales. New sales rules are also coming, so stay tuned.

Time to clear out almost 30 years of computer stuff

I had a hard time throwing stuff away, so the collection of vintage computers, software, documentation and misc. hardware has been sitting in the loft for quite some time now.

As I have moved to other areas of interest, the stuff is only collecting dust and taking up space.
I don't want to (and am not going to) dispose of it through the local skip, so here is a chance for those who are interested in rescueing the material.

I am based in the southern part of the Netherlands, and will not ship or transport anything. If you want it, pick it up.

The 'stash' includes:
An Altos Oasis computer, early 1980s.
A CBM PET 4016.
Some early 'luggable' portables, including a Compaq Portable II and an Ericsson with built in printer.
An IBM AT PC.
IBM PS/2 desktop and tower models.
Apple Macintosh with hard drive.
Software, main boards, all sorts of expansion boards, disk drives, cables, connectors, etc...
Bull 286 AT PC.
Amiga 2000 with expansion boards (CPU and memory) and XT BridgeBoard.
Commodore CDTV system, in original box with keyboard and external 3.5" diskdrive.

I am Looking for 500 Euros for the entire package, or a good offer.

Would be worth your while to pull certain pieces for shipping. A CIB Commodore CDTV system will fetch upwards of 150 Euros alone - post it on Amibay or some of the other Amiga-specific forums if you want to give it a go.

Í'd be closed and probably interested in some of it, but no space for the whole set.

I just don't have the time nor the urge to sell (and ship) anything one piece at the time.
That is why the asking price is low, you take it all, or nothing. The stuff occupies the floor of about half the loft by now.
It's an opportunity for someone who wants to get the good stuff out if it, and probably sell off the rest at a neat little profit.

@Jorg, so what can you stash?

This afternoon I succesfully booted the following machines:

The IBM PC/AT with 20Mb MFM hard drive.
The Bull Micral 35 AT (286) with 40 Mb hard drive (drive is recognized, starts booting, but quits). Installation, Dos and Setup disks available.
The Commodore Amiga 2000 with turbo board (68030) and SCSI hard drive and VGA Graphics adapter (!)
The Apple Macintosh Plus with external SCI HDD.
The Compaq Portable II with internal 20Mb MFM HDD.

I have the setup/install disks for all of them, including original OS documentation, etc..

Checkit 3.0 running on the Compaq Portable II.

I used the PC as a display piece on a classic car show a few years ago.

I need to un-stash at the moment really, the last system I rescued 3 years ago is still there.
To be honest I think the best way to get it moving is document well what is really there. It will be hard to convince people to pick up 'unknown' stuff.
(and everyone here likes to see pics :p )
So good start above..

The Ericsson 'luggable'. No HDD, just a lone 5.25 Inch floppy drive and built-in printer (missing print cartridge).

The small PS/2 with 20Mb HDD purring like new.
I got and refurbished 4-5 of these many years ago, and spread them across friends and relatives, some were used to run small business administrations for quite some years after. I kept one as a 'show piece'.

The Macintosh Plus with Rodime external hard drive. This computer has some neat software, including original 3.5" disks. Even a version of MS Word, the last thing you'd expect on a Mac :)

Original software (on floppy) includes:
MacPaint.
Macintosh Hypercard (3 disks)
Macintosh system/startup disk (note that it does boot from HDD)
Claris McDraw II
MS Word (2 disks)
Aldus Pagemaker.

Some assorted computer bits & pieces lying about:

A couple of XT keyboards.
2 IBM monochrome displays (one is included as a 'set' with the IBM AT), the other is a spare.
An original IBM XT case (empty).
A whole bunch of cables, connectors, printer switches, and other tidbits.

Well, that was day one of 'Operation Salvage'. Forum member SunDown79 is working hard to move the equipment.
We hope that the last batch will be transported tomorrow. For anyone interested in particular items from the collection, I suggest you contact him and see what you can work out together.

Let's hope everything finds a good and useful home.
I'm pretty sure that the loft has raised itself a few inches after this megahaul :)

Well, the last batch went out today. Thanks again to SunDown79 for stepping up and doing most of the work :)
