Has any one located the full 4 disks for CP/M Plus v1.1.0 for the Model II 12 16? This had the latest bug fixes and released in 1984, #26-4740.
PSKI excellent repository has the complete 4-disk set for v1.0.0 and a partial 2 disk for v1.1.0. They both contain Disk 2 Unbanked 64K for all models and Disk 4 TRS2CPM utility. v1.0.0 contains the Disk 1 Banked for the Model 12 and 16 (banked was never intended for Model II according the manual Appendix B pg 35, bullet 7) and Disk 3 Utilities.
It would be great if Disk 1 Banked and Disk 3 Utilities of v1.1.0 are found.
