Looks similar to Heath 150-256 or 150-303.

I think it's a Heath 150-256. I have to work out jumpers and switches.

In my experience most EGA clone cards also copied the switch settings from IBM's EGA card, so you should be able to configure it by following the IBM documentation...

OK, I found settings on minuszerodegrees. Output on monitor., but it is too large to fit on screen. I had a MODE setting to get the screen right with the CGA card. MODE co80 L. Beep code Long short short...Long short short.. short.

I've set the DTK XT Clone to EGA. Error beeps gone.
