Back in the day I bought a pad of green sheets similar to that from Radio Shack. I should scan in a blank one if I still have it.

A fair idea but this isn't a Radio Shack. Otherwise I'd have insisted on your phone number and address before giving you the link. And enrolled you in the almost-useless-battery of the month club.

Searched (archive.org) with the cat.no. (which is what I normally use to find TRS80 docs).
