NOW HEAR THIS--
The dates for the VCF-MW 7.0 are changing to September 22-23, 2012.

It was recently learned that hotel rooms were booked for another event om September 29-30th, so it was decided that changing the date to one week earlier would allow attendees to stay on site with plenty of rooms available at discount rates.

Please spread the word!

Hey..who is going? I will be there representing M.A.R.C.H with Justin J and Alex B...anyone else from the east coast going? I think our plan is to display some interesting portable computers and handhelds featuring Tandy..but I am not committed to any particular hardware yet.

This will be our third year, a fun event worth the trip.

You mean you're representing M.W.A.R.C.H right? j/k Hope to make it some year but unfortunately this year hasn't been financially successful. It was an interesting suggestion by another fellow at VCFSW saying since they're a non-profit museum these trips are tax write offs and that helps them get to more events if you're into itemizing gas, etc spent doing everything for the good cause.

Awesome show, and despite the last post being from me and a month ago, I swear I wasn't the only one there! If you live anywhere close to the midwest, you should come next year. It's usually the last week in September. It's a combined show, the Vintage Computer Festival Midwest and the Emergency Chicagoland Commodore Convention.
