Vital MF002BR 8bit ISA sound card help

Here I am, minding my own business at the local dump, when I spotted this weird small sound card in the dumpster. The only text on the card says "Vital MF002BR".

I looked around the net but I can't find any info. Anyone have one and know what it does or how to test it? Adlib maybe?
